Refund policy
Free trial
Every plan starts with 14 days free on your real orders. Your card is added when the trial starts. Cancel before day 14 and you are never charged.
After the trial
- Billing is monthly. Cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
- We don't refund a month that has already started, with one exception: if you cancel within the first 14 days of your first paid month, we refund that month in full.
Who charges you
Payments are processed by Freemius, our reseller and merchant of record. It charges your card, sends your invoice and handles sales tax and VAT. To cancel or ask for a refund, email hello@tadrik.com or use the link in your Freemius receipt.
